We Face Forward

May 24, 2012

Opens Saturday 2nd June! Full events programme to follow…

After Hours – Saturday 2nd June, 6.30pm – 9.30pm. FREE

Join us for a free evening of live music and art to celebrate the opening of our new exhibition ‘We Face Forward.’ Taking place over three galleries, two museums and four music venues in Manchester, this marks the start of a season of contemporary art and music from West Africa this summer.

Our bar and exhibition will be open late and animated with live West African music programmed by Band on the Wall. Featuring Sidiki Dembele and a DJ set from Ahmed of All FM’s ‘African Taxi.’ The evening is free so why not stop by and see what’s happening.

That Afternoon we’ll also be having ‘Saturday Supplement,’ with talks and discussions from some of our exhibiting Artists, 1pm – 5pm. We’d fully recommend coming along and staying for a drink after.

Join the event of Facebook here…
