13 August –Sam Meech

Sam Meech is an artist and videosmith based in the North-West. He is also co-director of Re-Dock, a non-profi arts organisation specialising in the ways communities relate to digital media. His work often centres around people and projectors as a means of examining the role of analogue technologies in a digital landscape.

4 May- Laura-Jane Atkinson and Chloe Hamil

Laura-Jane Atkinson and Chloe Hamil are textile artists local to Manchester. Following on from the talk explaining the role of textiles in their work, they offer a hands on exploration of their methods and techniques.

6 April – David Littler

David Littler is an artist, curator, educator and DJ currently based in London. He has had a life-long passion for print, textiles and music as vital forms of human expression and communication: examining how they connect us to each other and the wider natural world.



9 March – Hannah Leighton-Boyce

Hannah Leighton-Boyce studied BA Textiles (2005) at Winchester School of Art during which she studied at Tokyo Zokei University for four months. She has recently completed MA Textiles (2012) at Manchester School of Art (MMU).
